Terms of Use

By using our website to book any services, you agree to comply with our terms of use. If you do not agree to our terms of use or the terms of service listed below, do not book services with us.

Booking Confirmation

Booking a service online doesn’t guarantee you an appointment for that date/time. You will be contacted by email or phone with a confirmation.
In order to reserve a cleaning date and time, a deposit of $50.00 will be applied upon booking. This fee is non-refundable but deductible from the total cleaning price upon completion.

Cleaning Crews

We try to work with teams of at least two cleaners, occasionally one cleaner is sufficient or more cleaners may be needed due to the complexity of work or busy schedule. We do our best to limit the rotation of cleaners in your home while still providing sufficient cross-training to our cleaning technicians.
Our cleaners have been rigorously background screened prior to working with us, you can rest assured all our staff has integrity and is held accountable on every cleaning job.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, dangerous weapons on-premises, severe clutter and/or disconnected utilities.
Our cleaners have the choice to leave if a home is extremely unsanitary or they feel unsafe or threatened. If you book a cleaning that is unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service at any time & you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Cleaning Day Preparation

Your price for cleaning is based on our team focusing all of their time on cleaning based on our cleaning checklist. Before your appointment, we ask that you tidy up to allow cleaners easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, counter-tops, tabletops, windows, etc. 
If you’d like our cleaners to do these tasks for you, call the office in advance so your that your cleaning fee can be adjusted for any additional time.

Add-On Services

During your appointment, our team will focus on cleaning your home based on your booking requirements and items included in our cleaning checklist. While we provide additional add-ons, these items will not be included unless purchased during booking. This includes:
● Cleaning interior windows● Detailing blinds● Detailing baseboards● Washing dishes● Cleaning inside cabinets● Cleaning inside oven● Cleaning inside fridge● Sweeping inside garage● Patio cleaning● Carpet washing● Pet litter boxes and crates● Etc.
While we will gladly work around pets, we ask that indoor activity is limited for cleaning efficiency & safety reasons. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, we reserve the right to remove our cleaners from your home.
Our cleaners are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat, pets may behave differently if a family member is not present. If the cancellation of a cleaning is due to aggressive pets, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Service Fees

Please remember we give pricing quotes based on experience, but we may adjust the price based on the actual condition of the property. To ensure there are no surprises when we arrive & find that the job will require extra time, we’ll call you to let you know. If we are unable to reach you, our team will leave & you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reevaluate pricing at any time based on the time it takes to perform our service to meet the customer standards, Breezy Maids will contact you to discuss pricing or service revisions if pricing differs drastically from the original quote.


In order to reserve your cleaning date and time, a deposit of $50.00 will be applied during booking. Payments will be paid in full on the day of cleaning via check (made payable to Breezy Maids LLC) or the credit card on file. Cash is not accepted.

Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

We do not offer refunds. We have built our business providing our customers with the best possible service available. While rare, we realize that things will from time to time get missed. Should your experience be anything less than expected, please email or call us within 24 hours & we will rectify the error at no charge.

Recurring Service Discount

Recurring discounts begin after the first recurring cleaning service, if you skip cleanings so that your cleaning’s frequency is lower than what originally signed up for, your price will be increased to the pricing level for the lower frequency.

Rate Increases

Cleaning rate adjustments may be made at any time during the year should there be changes to the frequency of the customer's established service schedule or home or living situation. This includes remodels, change of address, number of people living in the home, a significant addition of furniture, or any major changes to the property.

Lockouts & Unable to Access Home

Customers should ensure homes are accessible to Breezy Maids personnel on the scheduled service day. If the cleaner(s) is locked out of the home, every effort will be made to establish contact with you to arrange for entry into the home. If contact is unable to be made within 20 minutes of our arrival, the scheduled cleaning will be skipped & you will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee. 
This fee is necessary to compensate the cleaners for unexpected lost revenue & travel. To avoid this fee please provide us with a key or code to gain entry into your home during your scheduled cleanings.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Fees

Service reliability is extremely important because we reserve a time especially for you. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. Rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Alarms & Security Systems

If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the off position or call our office with the code & instructions for use. If your alarm passcode should change, please let us know so that you do not incur a $50.00 lockout fee.

Cleaning Supplies

We provide the equipment & products needed to thoroughly clean your home. If you require us to use eco-friendly or "green" cleaning products, please let us know before your appointment.

Use of Customer's Vacuum or Supplies

If you require us to use your cleaning supplies, note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products. When this request is made we ask that you have the cleaning chemicals & supplies ready so we can perform our cleaning service as efficiently as possible.
We will not assume or accept any liability for damage to customer provided supplies. Since we are not responsible for the maintenance of your property, we will not be responsible for any repairs or replacement. This is important because if the vacuum or supplies are not in working order when we arrive to clean your home, we will not be able to perform all services.

Items We Do Not Clean

While we make every effort to clean your home to your expectations, we generally follow our pre-defined cleaning checklist during cleanings. 
There are some items we do not clean, such as mold. As mold removal is a specialty service, we cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in customers' homes.
We also cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animals & humans' body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages, urine, or excretions.

Unreachable Areas & Heavy items

For safety & liability reasons our cleaners can’t climb higher than a step stool or clean outside of your home. Cleaners can’t move objects heavier than 35 pounds. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move them prior to cleaning.

Breakage, Damage & Loss Policy

While occurrences are rare, the possibility of breakage or damage is present while we clean. Our cleaners exercise reasonable care when cleaning your home, and we carry insurance for damage or breakage caused by our cleaners.
We are not liable for damage that is caused by normal wear & tear, improper installation of an item in your home, artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms not disclosed during the booking process.
Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Identical replacements are always attempted but never guaranteed.

Cleaners Arrival Window

We schedule cleanings in an order that requires the least amount of drive time in an effort to maintain low prices & avoid trip fees. If you require a specific time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, no times are guaranteed.
We generally do not run more than 30 minutes earlier nor more than 45 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time, if we are running late our office will call you and/or text you.

Holidays & Inclement Weather

Breezy Maids does not clean during holidays. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. The following holidays will be observed: Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
We will also be closed for business when inclement weather conditions prevent local school districts from opening, such as during hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather, etc.

Key Release

Customer keys are coded & stored inside a locked cabinet to which only managers of Breezy Maids have access. In the event you chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, Breezy Maids will not be held liable for any damages or theft to the customer's home. 
Upon termination/cancellation of services, Breezy Maids shall return any customer's key(s) in its possession via drop off or registered mail.

Non-Solicitation of Breezy Maids Cleaners

As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit for hire any of our cleaners, either employees or contractors, to work directly for you or referred elsewhere. Our cleaners are background screened, references verified, and have completed comprehensive training & onboarding. Significant time, resources & expenses are invested into each employee and contractor before we allow them to enter customer homes.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Breezy Maids website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We have taken every effort to design our website to be useful, informative, helpful & honest, hopefully, we have accomplished that. We ask that you let us know if you would like to see improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you or others find the information you need.
Breezy Maids reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time and without notice.
