Next Steps
Application
Candidates are required to complete an application. This process is designed to ensure that only the most qualified applicants are selected to move on to Step 2 of our process.
Phone or Video Interview
Next, we'll schedule a quick phone or video call with applicants to get to know you better. We'll also answer any questions you may have about Breezy Maids and our process.
In-Person Meeting
Sometimes we like to meet future team members in person. During this casual meeting, we may ask additional questions to ensure that we're a good fit for each other and get to know you better.
Virtual Orientation
After successfully passing our initial screenings, potential Breezy Maid team members will move on to our voluntary virtual orientation with someone on our operations team so you're set up for success!
Background Check
Now it's time for our mandatory background screening. We use a third-party provider, so this can take a few days. Once everything checks out, it's time for onboarding.
Onboarding
The final step is our onboarding. You'll sign your contractor agreement, setup your direct deposit, and download our mobile booking app so you can begin accepting jobs when you're ready!
